Reignite your creative spark and heal from burnout. We will invite you to put down your cell phone, and pick up a journal instead. And you can do a variety of restorative activities (hello nature walks!) or simply do nothing at all.

Awaken your body’s wisdom through dance and mindful movement. Explore the meditative power of the labyrinth as you connect to your physical self with joy and intention.

Connect & Harvest
