Nestled in the beautiful Catskill Mountains, a short two-hour drive from New York City or Long Island, we are a home away from home located in the quaint little town of Hurleyville near Monticello.
Buses Coach USA/Shortline buses depart frequently from the Port Authority (NYC) to Monticello where we will be glad to pick you up. (Schedule)
By Car From Manhattan, take the upper level of the George Washington Bridge to the first exit, the Palisades Parkway. Stay on the parkway and start counting the exits until you reach exit 9W. (Do not confuse this exit with Route 9W which is a separate road.)Take exit 9W to Interstate 87 north until you reach exit 16 (Harriman/ Catskill Region/ Route 17 west). Get on Route 17 west for about 45 miles to exit 105B (Kiamesha). When you get off the ramp make a left turn at the traffic light (across gas station) and take Route 103 for about 5 miles to the stop sign. Go slowly and make a left turn followed by a quick right turn onto Route 104. Go down the hill. Immediately across from the fire house make a left turn onto Columbia Drive. Go down 1 block and make a right turn onto Maple Avenue. We are at the corner of Maple and Columbia. Please park on the driveway. Please, call us for directions from other areas.
