Here at Sanivan, we offer dancing lessons for singles or couples. Dance styles we teach vary; Salsa, bachata, Merengue, Kizomba, West Coast Swing, and Argentine Tango. Dancing serves as a powerful healing
modality, merging physical movement, emotional expression, and intimate connection into a holistic experience. The practice foster healing by emotional release, expressing emotions that may be difficult to articulate
verbally. Physical touch and shared movement creates a strong bond between partners. Dance is a form of communication that transcends words, ie. non-verbally. Movement in dance helps release physical tension
stored in the body from stress or emotional struggles. Dancing requires presence and focus, allowing couples to be fully engaged with one another in the moment. Dance is inherently creative and playful. Dancing is also a
physical activity that helps improve fitness, flexibility and coordination. The act of dancing can be a transformative practice for enhancing emotional and relational well-being, as well as being an enjoyable and engaging activity that can bring happiness and fulfillment to couples.
