Sanivan Apple Cake Tart

This cake comes together in a quick 15-20 minutes plus baking time and makes a perfect desert post dinner or a sweet but fiber filled breakfast.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
2 table spoon olive oil
1 table spoon vanilla
2 table spoon plain yogurt
2 table spoon coconut milk
1 ½ cup flour of your choice
1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl mix these ingredients well and pour into a 9-inch pan
  2. Now take 2 apples peel, core and slice them thinly before putting them in a frying pan with 2 table spoon butter, add 2 table spoon lemon juice, 1 table spoon sugar, cook for 10 minutes until they are a bit softer;
  3. Next place the apples gingerly on top of your mixture and cook at 350 F oven for 40 minutes.
  4. Enjoy this very simple and delicious apple cake/tart with your favorite ice cream and a warm beverage!
